What is Algae Guard? 

Algae Guard protects HVAC condensate drip trays & pans, protects against mould-related water damages, and eliminates clogs
and overflows due to mould and fungus accumulation.  For so long in the HVAC industry customers have complained about blocked drains on their air-conditioning systems.  But for no longer! 

Algae Guard contains a Micro-biocide and is a timed-release polymer strip blended by wetting agents and detergents. Engineered to last up to six months and packaged in blue knit enclosures.  Installing Algae Guard will ensure the condensate drip trays & pans are treated cutting out costly call outs to water leaks and potential ceiling repairs or building damage. 

Algae Guard comes in a range of different sizes depending on the capacity of the equipment and is very easy to install.
